Sue Turner, who is starting her second stint as chairman, is pleased that Surrey History Centre data on Ancestry.co.uk is wonderful, but cautions it is sometimes necessary to search microfiche of parish register indexes due to indexing or processing of the pages

Ann Sargeant reflects on the Society’s upcoming 40th anniversary, which will be marked by a daylong celebratory in September. She asks that when members renew, provide input into what the Society should be doing in the future. She is delighted that Society meetings in the town of Farnham have recommenced
